Our Commercial Multi-Engine Add-On course is a comprehensive program designed to provide pilots with the specialized training needed to enhance their skills and qualifications for multi-engine aircraft operations. The curriculum covers advanced topics including multi-engine aerodynamics, systems, performance, and emergency procedures, ensuring that pilots gain a thorough understanding of operating multi-engine aircraft safely and efficiently. TRAINING CURRICULUM

Multi-Engine Aerodynamics:

  • Advanced study of multi-engine aerodynamics and performance characteristics

  • Understanding of engine-out procedures and asymmetric thrust management

  • Analysis of critical engine considerations and their impact on aircraft performance

 

Systems Training:

  • In-depth exploration of multi-engine aircraft systems, including propulsion, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems

  • Hands-on experience with cockpit familiarization and systems operation in multi-engine aircraft

 

Emergency Procedures:

  • Comprehensive training in emergency procedures specific to multi-engine aircraft

  • Practice scenarios covering engine failures, system malfunctions, and emergency landings

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Proof of Citizenship (or approved FTSP application) 

  • FAA Medical Certificate

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate

  • Most recent 2-4 pages of your logbook

Est. Completion Time: 2 - 4 weeks (3-5 Lessons/wk)
